I wrote that wrong because I'm paranoid that the nazi nursing documentation police will come knocking at my door. Told you I was paranoid. I hate S O A P notes. I hate them a lot. I'll be honest. I think they are over the top with their bullshitty ness with regards to the s o a p notes. Fuck them. If I have to sit in an office with my advisor again discussing the S O A P format I am fairly certain that eiter suicidal ideation or homicidal ideation or some gruesome variation of both simultaneously will set in. HATRED. Hatred in all its variants. Please God don't let me have to sit before the nursey firing squad, yet again?
